I have now been in touch with both Martin Perry and Noel Wiggins and neither of them know anything about this tile. It is not HK and was not produced by Antiquark, Ltd.

The date that the person who says they got it from Noel is, as any HK collector knows, before Noel and Martin ever met. In 1988 or 1989 .....there was no HK and certainly no Picturesque series even dreamed of.

Thus, whatever the tile may be, it is definitely not Harmony Kingdom and was absolutely not made by Antiquark, Ltd.
