Lucky Stripe Gene Doll is from 1999 when they were produced by Ashton-Drake Galleries. She was previously known as Katie Marshall before her acting days. The doll was designed by Mel Odom, and her costume was designed by Tim Kennedy. She is a 15.5 inch fashion doll with blonde hair styled in a ponytail that is pulled back and encircled by a braid, painted blue eyes with lashes and eye shadow, and high heel feet. She is dressed in a smartly-tailored afternoon ensemble as worn in 1949. It includes a long-sleeved square-necked dress horizontally striped black and white dress with a narrow knee-length skirt with a panel of vertical stripes draped over one knee. Her accessories include a large black satin hat with matching black drum shaped purse, stockings, black high heel shoes, short red gloves, and imitation onyx earrings. Her certificate, booklet, and hang tag are included. This doll was pre-owned, but not displayed. Limited edition. Mint-in-the-box, but does not have her Ashton-Drake shipping container. She can be purchased at link here with my live photos and catalog photo. $79.00 Plus Shipping, and sales tax in Calif.
