Clea wears a the traditional romantic tutu with an embroidered and beaded bodice and sparkly pale blue tulle skirt over aditional layers of white and lavander tulle.

Design Secret: Designers use various colors of tulle in the layered skirts to give the costume additional depth. A single color skirt tends to look bulky and have an unpleasing "marange" look. But multiple colors break up the layers, giving the skirt the desired illusion of lightness and flow.
