Theres no reset button but u can reset it. Turn the on/off/try me switch to "off" then hold the Furby upside down. Hold down its tongue like your feeding it and it should say "Good Morning!" Im not sure if u have to turn him on first in order for him to say that. Check the manual it'll say. Or ur Furby might be broken so take him to be fixed or get a new one
