I have a Looking to the Sea Emmett figurine by Flambro,
#10690 of #12000. Is the value effected by what number was made in the series of #12000? Also, if I were interested in selling, where would be a good place to start? A collector or E-bay? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Robbin
