Hi,
We have an oil painting of Emmett Kelly, although I do not know if it is of Sr. or Jr.. It is signed by Peers. On the back, it says "Wille" and a price of $85. I can't find the artist Peers anywhere on the internet. Does anyone know how I can find it's value and/or information about the artist? Thanks very much!
