I have a signed and numbered print with three pictures of different clowns on it. The one in the middle is of Emmett Kelly Sr. holding a broom in the circus tent and it also has Evi Kelly in one picture and signed by Evi Kelly. I'm not sure of the other clown in the picture. I don't know who the artist is. And it is framed and has the commemorative seal. I am curious to know the value of the picture and the artist name.
