I have recently become the mother of a 36" doll whose rooted hair is very much in need of help (wig?), she has beautiful blue eyes that open and close, looks like she wears a size 3 childs dress. One arm seems to have a "racheting" motion when moved up and down. No name but on her upper neck is a letter U and number 16. Her head can be moved from side to side manually. Her knees do not bend. Anyone know who she might be and her age? Thank you!
