You have to upload your pics to an internet photo host(flickr, photobucket, etc.) and then take the link URL for the photo and place it in the "optional image URL" box at the bottom of the post page (see the three boxes and options next time you try to post). For instance, the link URL for the dancing snoopy is http://images.honesty.com/imagedata/h/054/51/30545165.gif. Where ever you host your picture will give you the link URL for your pic. If you still aren't sure how to do it please drop me an email.
