I have hundreds of retired Dept 56 houses in several different villages. All pieces are in like new condition, all are retired and except for one or two the boxes are also in great condition. These pieces were purchased by my mother for an approximate price of $15,000 when they were first issued. The whole lot must go and i am open to offers.
