Hi... I have the same thing happening to my Glasier Park. I just took the thing apart and I can see that the gears arenot turning. There is something wrong with the motor. I wonder if we can replace it. I am going to call Ms. Lite town tomorrow. Have you had any luck...finding someone to do the repair... please let me know
