Yes it is still available. The cost for that cottage will be 35 dollars because i do not have the COA for this cottage but it is in the original box. Depending on where it will be shipped to will determine the cost for shipping. If it is to the continental US it will be shipped USPS and will be a charge of 10 which will include shipping handling and insurance. If it is to someplace other than the US i will need to get back to you on the shipping cost once you tell me where it would be shipped to. Let me know if you are still interested. Also please note that due to my work schedule if you are interested once i receive payment through paypal it will be shipped out over the weekend when i can make it to the post office.
