Yes, all except the privy do.

The Tiny series have sold in the past for Ł50 - Ł100+ depending on condition.

St Paul's has sold for in excess of Ł200 again depending on condition.

The whole market, not just David Winter, is fragile at present. That said David Winter Cottages have faired far better than all the others.
