Why not have the decency to respect the rights of others to advertise and sell their items as they wish - at the end of the day its nothing to do with you. If you choose to deal on ebay, that's fine - it's your right, but not everyone wants to.

As for letting the world decide, you don't actually always practice what you preach. Many of your sales on Ebay are set at extraordinary 'buy it now' prices where most people wouldn't think at bidding. You do so because you want the best prices for your listings and you are hoping that the one person who really wants to buy it will see your ad - not much different to others who use this or other forums to adverise their wares.
At the end of the day if I have an inerest in an item which is advertised without a price shown, which is quite normal for this messageboard, I contact the seller direct, get a price, or make an offer. If the price is right, a deal is struck.
So can we have an end to the endless backbiting and get back to sensible posts again please?

Oh and the little Scottie dog I was telling you about - wasn't sure whether it was a male or female, but it's so much more well behaved since its been neutered!

On this site. publish a full list of all the cottages, their condition, boxes/certificates and prices you feel fair to sell for at the present time. The world will then be able to judge whether dealer/private seller or ebay is the fairest place to buy & sell.
