I'm afraid trying to find anyone with replacement sails for your newly acquired Paul Williams windmill will be nigh on impossible. John Hine Studios went into Receivership in 1996 and everything was sold off. Heaven alone knows what happened to all the "spare" parts - sold off to someone who had no idea what they were for no doubt, along with so many other miscellaneous items.
