This is Ann - I took early retirement last year and sadly no longer have anything to do with David's cottages.

David decided at the end of last year that he wanted Kevin to market his cottages in the US only and this is something that is still going on but the rumour is that David has "quietly retired" and what is on offer this year will be the very last cottages we see.
