I see some of the same cottages offered for sale again and again; yet, some cottages rarely, if ever, show up for sale. Why? For instance, I have never seen any of the Pubs & Taverns of England for sale. I'm not a long time collector so I don't have extensive knowledge, but am wondering why some cottages are so readily available and others aren't.
