: I am going through the painful process of disposing of my late mother's collectables and have come across the above item, which is in pretty good condition for age, with one small repaired chip near the central pole on the bottom plate.   This is made more interesting by the fact that it is a Masonic item.   The stand/handle has "Facta Non Verba Lodge No 3409 1932" engraved on it.   [I have researched this and it is a London Lodge - I suspect the one a great uncle of mine belonged to].   The silver plate has mostly worn off, so the metal parts have a more gold-ish look to them.   Happy to supply photos to anyone interested in making me an offer for this interesting item.
