Hi, this is a seven piece family set with the Mother, Father, big sister, little sister, big brother, little brother and the large family house displayer. Also pieces are in excellent condition, as is the displayer. The Family Cherished Teddies box does show signs of some shelf ware but still pretty decent to look at. That is is you find boxes are important. I will trade this item for other newer 2009 pieces or sell it for best a reasonable offer preferable around $10 if what I was hoping to obtain for this item + actual ship cost to get it to you.
