How do people aquire prototypes? Besides ebay I mean. After they leave Enesco are they sold there? Or are they sold at special events only?? I thought maybe they would be placed in a random CT box and if you found one you were lucky...lol! I know that is not true. But I know that prototypes do not come with boxes and know why they are made. So if anyone knows the journey behind them I'd be interested in knowing.

My friend and I also have Bronte & gage and they are both prototypes with the same sticker dates on bottom is this common?

Is there any way to know how many protoypes of one piece there is???? Just curious fun!! Thanks....
