As many on the board--including me--note, CTs are really only worth what others will pay. eBay is a good indication of what people will pay (actually, search completed sold auctions to see final prices).

That being said, Daisy was limited when she came out. On top of that, the butterfly and hat ribbons easily broke off the figurine, making "perfect" Daisy figurines even scarcer. Though you can get deals on eBay, Daisy can bring $100 to $400. Without box and papers, you may get less, but if someone needs her, they will buy without. She used to demand up to $1000.
