Seeking professional opinion on pattern & maker

I have this center table / footed piece of carnival glass that I have been searching for info on pattern and maker for last three days and have not found something similar yet. Close but not something that I could compare it to. So, my hands are tied and now have to ask for someone's expert knowledge on what this piece of glass could be. It is actually a very beautiful piece and is very mint.

I can provide more photos if you ask but, I attached a small gallery to help you all. It is an carnival glass center / footed bowl that measures 11" width and stands 2 1/4" tall. No signature on this piece either.

Would greatly appreciate anyone's professional opinion, knowledge, or advice. Thank you!
