: If you go to Scotlandsglass (link below) and do a "product search" (left hand column, scroll down a bit) you'll find the original prices.
: Value today is much more difficult, of course. There is the "Charlton Guide" published by Colin Terris in 2004 - with estimates for 2004:
: Optima          £ 85
: Surveillance    £ 80
: Floral Illusion £ 75
: i.e. very close to the original prices. These estimates have to be taken with great care - nowadays (with ebay) Caithness weights only rarely fetch the Charlton estimates.
