Difficult to say without actually seeing the weight - but then I have seen weights marked second, where I could see no reason at all: it might be a small deviation in the colours, noticeable only if you hold the artist's proof next to it.

My recommendation: enjoy the weight ... don't let you bother by considerations whether it is a second or not ;-).
