: I have recently been left a Beswick West Highland Terrier by my great Aunt. I do not know much about Beswick pottery and am interested to draw on anyone's experience / knowledge.

: The dog appears to be in flawless condition with no marks / chips, it has Beswick England stamped on the bottom of both front paws and the number 17 hand written on the back left paw.

: If anyone has any interesting information about the history of this piece it would be welcomed most warmly.
