I own a 'Beswick' Siamese Cat (sitting and looking slightly to the right) which seems to match those showing model number 1887, however the only marks on the base are: (i)The word 'Beswick' above the logo containing a capital letter B
(ii)The artists mark '11' or 'II' in the chocolate brown used on the figurine.
I would be interested to know a little more about the reasons for the lack of a number (please), and it's date range.
