Good Afternoon Everyone, We have already started using alot of the responses and are ready to hear some more! On to the New Dealer Survey~ 1) How important is customer service to you? 2) How important is low prices? 3) Would you consider placing a model order on lay-a-way if the 4)How many models do you purchase in an average year? 5)Do you buy more often from retail stores or online? 6)If you were to try a new dealer, what would you expect from them? 6a) On a scale of 1 to 10 how likely are you to try a new dealer just starting out? 7)Do you purchase items other than just Traditional Models? such as 8)Have you signed up for the Collector's Club yet? 8a) Did you know you can enter twice? 8b) Did you know that the free model is one of your own choice? not a pre-determined one by Breyer? 9)Have you ever purchased any of the Breyer Christmas Items? 9a) Which items do you usually purchase? 9b) How do you feel about pre-sales? Purchasing the model before the Dealer even has it in stock? 10)How quickly do you expect an email response to any emails you'd send to a dealer? 11) How do you prefer to have your models shipped to you? UPS, FedEx or USPS(Priority Mail)? 12) Do you expect the dealer to completely remove the model from the box to inspect for LSQ? What about just a visual inspection? 12a) How important are the original boxes to you? If it would save you money on shipping charges, would you let the dealer re-pack the models to be shipped w/o the box? 13)Please feel free to give your opinion on this one.
