I picked this lamp up a few years ago at an antique store. The horses look similar to Breyer's prancing western horse, but are not. The lamp still works, the wagon is in nice shape and the horses are pretty good, all things considered.

Does anyone know what this is (maybe Hartland?) and do these have any collectability value?
