The Ken looks like a bend leg. If he is marked Japan, he's from 1968 or 1969, if he's marked Taiwan or Hong Kong or Korea, he's from the 1970s (although I don't remember off the top of my head which country is from which year).
The green dress is Barbie's Snap Dash from 1969. If you've got a pair of yellow knit knee socks around or green ankle boots or cowboy hat, they go with the dress.
The baseball jacket MIGHT be from Ken's #9168 Sporty Duds Play Ball in Style from 1976.
